摘要:该文首次报道用化学共沉淀法制备煤油基钇铁氧体磁流体 ,得到了合适的反应条件 ,运用TEM、IR、XRD、DTA等分析测试手段对磁粒子的形状、大小和结构进行了测定和分析 ,磁粒子的粒径在 15nm左右。并用Faraday式磁天平测定磁性胶体粒子在不同磁场强度和温度时的磁化率 ,根据Langevin函数 ,由σ -H/T图证实了制备的钇铁氧体磁流体具有超顺磁性 ,其闭锁温度在 77~ 145K之间。
This paper first reported the preparation of yttrium ferrite ferrofluids using the method of chemical coprecipitation, and obtained the suitable reacting conditions. In addition, in order to test and analyze the size, appearance and structure of the particles, TEM, IR, XRD and DTA were carried out. The particle size is around 15 nm. The susceptibility of magnetic particles in ferrofluids was tested by Faraday magnetic balance, under the variant temperature and magnetic field. According to the Langevin function, We botained the magnetization (σ) versus H/T curve, and confirmed the superparamagnetism of ferrofluid, it is blocking temperature existed between 77K and 145K.
