摘要:NOVELTY - An enhanced peptide to escape from the cell body protein drug loading systems comprising a cell penetrating peptide TAT, endosomal escape enhancer INF7, ubiquitin protein and peptide drugs, where the TAT, INF7, ubiquitin protein and peptide drugs are sequentially connected, is new. USE - The enhanced peptide is used in drug delivery system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The peptide is used for enhanced drug delivery, where drug is released quickly from the inner body, thus contributing to improved efficacy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are: (1) a nucleic acid encoding the enhanced peptide, the nucleic acid comprising a defined nucleotide sequence of 525 bp (SEQ ID NO. 1), given in the specification; and (2) an expression plasmid construct comprising the nucleic acid of (1).
