摘要:利用平均膜孔径0.1μm的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)平板膜,采用真空膜蒸馏法(VMD)对高浓度Na2SO4和CaCl2废水进行处理,讨论了渗透压强、进料温度、盐浓度等操作条件对膜蒸馏的出水通量以及截留率的影响.实验结果表明,随着进水温度的升高,冷侧压强的减小,通量随其增大;进料温度对膜蒸馏渗透通量的影响较为明显,进料温度从323.15K升高至343.15K,渗透通量可增大4.5倍左右;进料溶液盐浓度对渗透通量的影响较小.同时,真空膜蒸馏的截留率较高,均达到99.99%以上.
Using polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) flat membrane with the mean pore size of 0. 1μm, thehigh-concentration Nae SO4 and CaCle wastewater was treated by vacuum membrane distillation (VMD). The effects of operating conditions such as permeate pressure, feed temperature and feed concentration on the permeate flux and rejection were investigated. The experimental results showed that with increasing feed temperature and reducing permeate pressure, the permeate flux increased. The effects of feed temper- atures on permeate flux was significant. The permeate flux was increased about 4. 5 times with the feed temperature increasing from aea. 15 K to a4a. 15 K. In addition, the effects of feed concentrations on the permeate flux were slightly. At the same time, all the rejections of VMD were as high as 99.99%.
