摘要：NOVELTY - A fuel oil desulfurizer comprises (wt.%) laminated clay (65-85), crosslinked product (18-22), and metal oxide (11-17). The metal oxide is oxide of rare earth metal or transition metal. USE - Fuel oil desulfurizer for removing sulfur-containing compound and nitrogen-containing compound in fuel oil. ADVANTAGE - The fuel oil desulfurizer has large interlamellar spacing, complex pore structure of mesopore and micropore, excellent hydrothermal stability, proper pH value and high desulfurization efficiency, and can deeply desulfurize the fuel oil to prepare clean fuel oil with ultra-low sulfur. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing fuel oil desulfurizer, comprising: (A) preparing soluble compound(s) from zirconium, silicon or aluminum into crosslinking solution; (B) mixing the clay suspension whose pH is regulated to 0.5-5 with the crosslinking solution in step (A), meanwhile constantly stirring and increasing to 50-90 degrees C, and carrying out crosslinking treatment to the clay; (C) water washing, centrifuging, thermal treating the clay to obtain crosslinking clay; and (D) adding the crosslinking clay to the aqueous solution of soluble compound of rare earth and transition metal, infusing, centrifuging, drying, airing, and roasting to obtain fuel oil desulfurizer.
