摘要:用马尔文激光粒度分析仪对喷雾洗涤冷却室冷模装置内雾化液滴粒径进行了实验测定,考察了不同工况下,洗涤冷却室内雾化喷头所在平面处以及气体出口处液滴粒径的变化规律。实验为装置内进一步的传热传质研究提供了一定数据支持。研究显示,在错流气体作用下,洗涤冷却室内雾化喷头所在平面的近喷头区域影响液滴粒径的主导因素为喷雾流量,而远离喷头区域液滴粒径则受气体流量和喷雾流量的共同影响,随气体流量增加,液滴聚结作用增强,粒径增大。实验发现,气体出口处液滴粒径主要受气体流量的影响,随气体流量Qg由300 m3/h上升到500 m3/h,气体出口液滴的Sauter平均直径(Sauter mean diameter,SMD)D32由60μm左右上升到了85μm,根据颗粒沉降公式进行计算得到的值与实验值比较,两者趋势一致。
An experimental campaign was conducted to study the effect of the flow rate of the gas-liquid two phases on the droplet-size in the spray quench chamber. Droplet-size measurements were carried out by a Malvern Spraytec particle sizer. The result shows that near the nozzle, the liquid flow rate is the key factor that influences the Sauter Mean Diameter,while being far from the nozzle, both the flow rate of the two phases have an effect, as the Qg increases, the coalescence efficiency was enhanced, which results in larger D32. It is also found the gas flow rate is the significant factor that influences the Sauter mean diameter(SMD) around the gas outlet, as the gas flow rate increases from 300 m^3/h to 500 m^3/h, the SMD grows from 60μm to 85 μm. Comparing the experimental date with the calculated one, they appear to follow the same trend.
