摘要:NOVELTY - Engineered organophosphorus hydrolase, is new. The amino acid sequence at sections 55, 57, 83, 114, 137, 188 or262 amino acid residues of fully defined 324 amino acids (SEQ ID NO: 1) is substituted with at least one amino acid residue to obtain new amino acid sequence with increased activity. USE - The engineered organophosphorus hydrolase is useful for degrading organic phosphorus pesticide, preferably methyl parathion, malathion, fenitrothion, diazinon or dimethoate (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydrolase has good heat stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) nucleic acid molecule encoding the engineered organophosphorus hydrolase; (2) recombinant expression plasmid, comprising the nucleic acid molecule; (3) recombinant transformant, comprising the recombinant expression plasmid; and (4) preparing a recombinant engineered organophosphorus hydrolase.
