摘要:以正丁基锂为引发剂、环己烷为溶剂、四氢呋喃为活性添加剂和结构调节剂,研究了分别以邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)和邻苯二甲酸二苯酯(DPP)为偶联剂合成(SB)nR(n大于2)的工艺规律。结果表明,用DPP作偶联剂,其偶联效率(CE)可达93%以上,偶联反应在45s内完成;偶联反应温度对偶联反应无明显影响;当四氢呋喃/正丁基锂(THF/Li,摩尔比)为0时,CE与偶联剂/正丁基锂(DPP/Li,摩尔比)无关;当THF/Li大于0,DPP/Li大于0.35时,CE随DPP/Li增大而减小;当DPP/Li为0.35时,THF/Li的增大对CE无明显影响,由于DMP烃链上含有α-H,其CE只有80%左右。
The star styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomers were synthesized by using dimethyl phthalate(DMP) and diphenyl phthalate(DPP)as coupling agents, n-BuLi as initiator,cyclohexane as solvent and tetrahydrofuran(THF) as activator as well as structure regulator. The effects of the amount of coupling agents and THF, the temperature and time of coupling reaction on the coupling reaction were investigated. The experimental results showed that when t was 45 s,T was 20~80 ℃, coupling efficiency(CE) was up to 93%; when THF/Li(molar ratio) was 0 ,DPP/Li had no influence on CE ; when THF/Li was more than 0, DPP/Li was more than 0.35 , CE gradually decreased with the increase of DPP/Li. Because DMP contains α -H,its CE was only about 80%.
