摘要:NOVELTY - A high-efficiency corrosion-resistant light heat pipe has pipe shell (1), liquid absorbing cores (2), upper sealing end (4-a), lower sealing end (4-b) and protective sleeve (5), in which pipe shell material is titanium, and liquid absorbing cores are 3-6 layers of titanium wire meshes with mesh number of 100-400 and porous layered structures formed by diffusion welding in vacuum. The wire meshes are metallurgically combined with the inner wall of the pipe shell. USE - A high-efficiency corrosion-resistant light heat pipe. ADVANTAGE - Boiling heat transfer is enhanced, boiling superheat degree can be greatly reduced, starting performance of the heat pipe is enhanced, condensation heat transfer is improved, heat transfer performance of heat pipe is highly efficient and can be doubled compared with that of copper-water heat pipe with the same specification. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-efficiency corrosion-resistant light heat pipe has pipe shell (1), liquid absorbing cores (2), upper sealing end (4-a), lower sealing end (4-b) and protective sleeve (5), in which pipe shell material is titanium, and liquid absorbing cores are 3-6 layers of titanium wire meshes with mesh number of 100-400 and porous layered structures formed by diffusion welding in vacuum. The wire meshes are metallurgically combined with the inner wall of the pipe shell. The mesh number of the wire meshes is gradually increased to the inside along the radial direction of the pipe from the inner wall of the pipe shell. The pores formed by the wire meshes are sunken holes (3). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the high-efficiency corrosion-resistant light heat pipe.
