摘要:本文采用超级微波消解法对中药三七粉粉末进行前处理,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对三七粉样品中锰含量进行分析检测。按照标准JJF 1059.1-2012对三七粉样品中锰含量测量结果的不确定度进行评定,系统分析了测量过程中不确定度的来源及其主要影响因素,建立了数学模型,给出了各分量不确定度的计算过程。结果表明:测量过程中标准溶液的配制、线性曲线拟合和测量重复性引起的不确定度是主要影响因素,中药三七粉样品中锰含量测量结果为:(42.9±3.8) mg/kg(k=2)。
Super-microwave digestion method was used to pretreat the powder of Notoginseng.The content of manganese in Notoginseng powder was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).According to the standard of JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty,the uncertainty of measurement results of manganese content in Notoginseng powder samples was evaluated.The source and main influencing factors of uncertainty in the measurement process were analyzed systematically.The mathematical model was established and the calculation process of each component uncertainty was given.The results showed that the uncertainty caused by the formulation of standard solution,linear curve fitting and measurement repeatability were the main influencing factors.The content of manganese in the samples of Notoginseng powder was measured to be(42.9±3.8)mg/kg(k=2).
