摘要：针对各领域的知识产权纠纷越来越频繁的状况,提出应尽快建立专利预警机制。分析了知识产权纠纷发生的原因,并从国外对专利分析的重视程度,专利预警机制的作用和建立专利预警机制的思路等方面论述了建立专利预警机制的重要性和紧迫性。
In the light of the situation that the disputes of the intellectual property in various fields are more and more frequent, the patent prewarning mechanism should be established as soon as possible. This paper analyzes on the causes of the disputes of the intellectual property, and discusses on the importance and urgency of establishing the patent pre warning mechanism from foreign countries＇ recognition on the patent, the functions of the patent prewarning mechanism and some ideas about establishing the patent prewarning mechanism.
