摘要：文中介绍了华东理工大学在教学与科研互动方面所作的一些尝试。重点以化工学院组织理工优秀生从事科研项目为例,总结了在项目组织实施、进程跟踪以及质量控制等方面的经验。
The purpose of organizing undergraduate students to take part in research experiments is to train their ability of practice and enhance the experimental management. This article introduced how to advance the teaching level and some experiences obtained.
