摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves setting absorbing balance dynamics parameter initial value. The design parameter is comprised with tower length, diameter and tower plate number. The operation parameter is included with flow quantity. Simulate moving bed modeling equation is determined. The separation of p-xylene adsorption model is solved. The actual industrial operation is performed based on the correct simulate moving bed absorbing balance dynamics parameter. The optimization strategy is determined to carry out optimization calculation. USE - C8 aromatic hydrocarbon modeling and optimizing method. ADVANTAGE - The model is established for obtaining absorbing separating tower bed layer so that the purity of liquid product is increased. The moving bed horizontal supply operation is simulated easily.
