摘要：国家与社会的关系是分析现代政治的基本视角,也是主导西方政党理论发展的重要范式。然而,“国家与社会”范式产生于西方社会历史的演进过程,虽然在分析中国共产党以及中国政治的现代化过程时具有适配性,却无法解释中国共产党展现出的独特政党文化和中国政党建设的复杂机制。通过推进马克思主义政党理论与中国式现代化实际相结合,与中华优秀传统文化相结合,中国共产党在实践中从中国国家使命和现实人的心性修养出发,形成了以“初心”为基础的党建实践体系和以“使命”为引领的政党组织体系,实现了“初心与使命”的政党理论范式转换。“初心与使命”构成中国新型政党制度的重要特征,也为准确认识中国共产党提供了全新视角。
The relationship between the state and society serves as a fundamental perspective for analyzing modern politics.It also remains a dominant paradigm in the development of Western party theories.However,this state-society framework is rooted in the historical evolution of Western societies and therefore exhibits limited adaptability when applied to the peculiarities of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and China's political system.While Marxist party theory transcends the dualistic opposition inherent in traditional frameworks,it may still be critiqued for its reductionistic approach and its substituting class analysis for micro-level individual analysis.By integrating Marxist party theory with the realities of Chinese-style modernization and traditional Confucian ethical governance,the CPC has developed,in practice and grounded in China's national mission and the cultivation of human character,a party-building system grounded in the"original aspiration"and an organizational framework guided by"mission."This has achieved a theoretical paradigm shift in party theory,characterized by the interplay of"original aspiration and mission."These two elements constitute a defining feature of China's new type of party system and offer a fresh perspective for accurately understanding the Communist Party of China.
