摘要:NOVELTY - A raw material of cyclohexane oxidation solution and water are dispersed, alkali-washed (a) and separated (b). The mixture of raw material of cyclohexane oxidation solution and water is subjected to alkali-washing process (a1) and separating process (b1). The mixture of raw material of cyclohexane oxidation solution and water is hydrocyclone separated. The mixture after alkali-washing process (a1) and separating process (b1) is subjected to coalescence-separation to obtain cyclohexane oxidation solution with residue of sodium salt of 5 mg/L or less. USE - Method of prolonging continuous operation of cyclohexanone unit. ADVANTAGE - The method prolongs continuous operation of cyclohexanone unit efficiently and economically. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A raw material of cyclohexane oxidation solution and water are dispersed, alkali-washed (a) and separated (b). The alkaline material from raw material migrates to water to obtain mixture of raw material of cyclohexane oxidation solution and water. The mixture of raw material of cyclohexane oxidation solution and water is subjected to alkali-washing process (a1) and separating process (b1) to obtain cyclohexane oxidation solution and alkali water (80-90%). The effluent water of alkali-washing process (a1) and separating process (b1) is recycled as flooding water to alkali-washing process (a) and separating process (b). The alkali washing is counter-current alkali washing process. The mixture of raw material of cyclohexane oxidation solution and water is hydrocyclone separated at 50-200 degrees C and 0.1-0.25 MPa to obtain cyclohexane oxidation solution and alkali water (50%). The mixture after alkali-washing process (a1) and separating process (b1) is subjected to coalescence-separation at 50-200 degrees C and 0.05-0.15 MPa to remove the alkali water from alkaline material, to obtain cyclohexane oxidation solution with sodium salt residue of 5 mg/L or less. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for equipment of prolonging continuous operation period of cyclohexanone unit which has a separating tank (4) for alkali washing (a) and separating (b), separating tanks (5, 6, 7) for alkali washing (a1) and separating (b1), a hydrocyclone separator (8) and coalescence separators (9, 10).
