摘要：在乡村振兴视野下,基于历时性与共时性的研究逻辑与"生存—发展—生活"的分析工具探讨新型城乡关系构建的现实基础与突破口。研究发现:中国城乡关系模式经历了四个不同阶段;城乡关系的基本表征体现为人口、土地、产业、基础设施、公共服务、社会福利、生活形态七大基本要素所形成的六种结构性失调,不同要素组合下的城乡关系具有区域空间性;东部、中部、西部地区的城乡关系要以非农化耦合、均衡性发展作为突破口,城市群、城连乡、城+乡地区的城乡关系要以自主性生活为切入点,实现对现阶段不同空间梯度城乡关系的解构与重构。
From the perspective of rural revitalization, based on the diachronic and synchronicity research logic and adopting the analysis tool “survival-development-life”, this paper discussed the realistic foundation and breakthrough of the construction of new urban-rural relationship. The study found that China’s current urban-rural relationship model has gone through four stages. The basic representation of urban-rural relations is reflected in the six structural disorders formed by combinations of seven basic factors: population, land, industry, infrastructure, public services, social welfare, and lifestyle. The urban-rural relationship under different combinations of factors has regional spatiality. The urban-rural relationship in the eastern, central and western regions should take non-agriculturalization coupling and balanced development as a breakthrough. The urban-rural relationship in urban agglomerations, urban connection townships, and towns-townships should be based on autonomous life, so as to realize the deconstruction and reconstruction of the urban-rural relationship of different spatial gradients at the present stage.
