摘要:用热重、徵分热重及差热分析研究了聚苯乙烯(Mn=2.98×10^3)在不同升渐速率及氮气气氛下的热分解动力学。由热重实验曲线计算聚苯乙烯热分解表观活化能,并对各种热分析处理动力学数据的方法进行了比较。结果表明,用Carroll-Manche方法处理的结果比较可靠,与文献值接近,同时这种方法还提供了聚苯乙烯分解活化能随反应程度而变化的信息。
In this paper TG-DTG-DTA apparatus was used to study PS's degration with 2980 molecular weight at heating rates of 5,10,15,20 ℃/min at the fluid of N2.The activation energe and preexponential factor were evalutated from common TG experiential curves.The comparative results indicated:Carroll-Manche method was reliable by solving PS's decomposition and many value ioformations could be obtained about the energy with the change of reaction degree.
