摘要:针对电站锅炉、蒸汽管道等高温设备安全性要求的特点,建立了基于时间相关失效评定图(TDFAD)的高温结构蠕变失效评定方法。评定方法根据所需材料实验和评定结果精度分为三个级别,级别越高,所需材料实验越多,步骤越复杂,得到的评定结果也越精确。本文讨论了不同评定级别的适用范围并给出了相应的公式,最后采用工程实例说明了评定方法的适用性。
In consideration of the characteristics of the structural integrity assessment of power generation equipments, such as boilers and steam piping etc., a time-dependent failure assessment diagram (TDFAD) based assessment approach to high temperature structures against creep failure were established. According to the required number of material tests and the resulting accuracy, three levels of analysis were put forward. An increase in level corresponds to increased complexity and required more material tests but also leads to improved accuracy. In this paper, the levels of analysis for process plants are described and the equations used in different assessment levels are presented. The resulting approaches are then illustrated by the selected examples.
