摘要：在科技全球化的时代背景下,如何提高技术创新绩效已成为企业保持持续竞争优势亟待解决的问题。本文在理论分析的基础上建立研究框架,构建结构方程模型,并选取我国长三角地区236家科技型中小企业作为实证研究对象,定量地探讨吸收能力、关系学习及知识整合对创新绩效的影响关系。本文的理论贡献在于明确了这些变量之间相互影响的机制和路径,对于正确理解吸收能力、关系学习、知识整合与创新绩效间的内在联系具有重要意义。
In the context of globalization of science and technology, how to improve innovation performance has become a burning question to keep continuous competition advantages. On the basis of theoretical analysis, a re,arch framework was built and a structural equation model was constructed. Then, an empirical research was implemented on 236 technology - based SMEs which came from the Yangtze River Delta of China to quantificationally explore the impact of absorptive capacity,relationship learning, and knowledge integration on innovation performance. The contribution of this paper was to confirm the mechanism and route by which these variables impact each other. The conclusions are meaningful for further understanding the impact of absorptive capacity, relationship learning, and knowledge integration on innovation performance.
