摘要:主要研究了偏苯三酸酐与2-乙基己醇合成增塑剂偏苯三酸三异辛酯的反应过程。从氧化亚锡、钛酸四丁酯、偏铝酸钠、固体超强酸等4种非酸性催化剂中选择了酯化催化性能良好的催化剂——氧化亚锡,确定了氧化亚锡的用量、原料配比以及反应时间对酯化反应的影响,最终确立了酯化过程的最佳工艺条件:醇酐比为4.0:1,在反应温度210℃下加热2小时,偏酐转化率为99.88%。
Tri(2-ethylhexyl) trimellitate plastisizer was prepared by different kinds of catalysts, such as, tetrabutyl titanate , solid superacid and so on. Selection of catalysts was investigated in this paper. Effects of the reaction temperature on reaction and the ratio of reactants were also studied. The catalyst is selected as tin protoxide. The best process conditions were obtained: mole ratio(trimellitic anhydride to 2 - ethyl hexanol) was 1:4 and heated for 2.0h at 210℃, conversion of trimellitic anhydride is 99. 88%.
