摘要：NOVELTY - A TAT-1L-24-KDEL fusion protein, is new. The TAT-1L-24-KDEL fusion protein is obtained by binding TAT transmembrane peptide and endoplasmic reticulum signal peptide KDEL at N-terminal and IL-24 protein at C terminal, where the TAT transmembrane peptide comprises a 11 amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1) fully defined in the specification. USE - The TAT-1L-24-KDEL fusion protein useful for promoting apoptosis in MCF-7 breast cancer cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The TAT-1L-24-KDEL fusion protein has purity of more than 92%.
