摘要:运用超声波作用原理,改变菌丝体胞壁对庆大霉素(gentamicin,GM)的吸附性能,使部分被胞壁吸附的GM释放到发酵液中,从而解除胞内产物抑制,促进产物合成。研究表明,超声波在线处理GM发酵液的最佳剂量为95μA×0.08s×5/ml发酵液,最佳处理间隔40~50min,运用超声波处理80~90h龄的发酵液可明显提高GM发酵效价1.
Gentamicin, an aminoglycoside antibiotic, exists freely in the fer mentation filtrate and is bound to the cell wall of the producing organism, Micromonospora echinospora . The bound gentamicin, which represents the major portion of the total GM quantity in the fermentation broth, can be released by on line ultrasonic treatment. In this way the feedback repression of pruduct was alleviated, and the productivity of GM was enhanced. The optimal amount and interval of ultrasonic treatment were found to be 95μA×0.08s×5/ml broth and 40 ̄50 minutes respectively. The antibiotic potency obtained was 1.5 times higher than the control (without ultrasonic treatment), when the GM fermen tation liquid was treated with ultrasonic during 80 ̄90 hours after inoculation.
