摘要:The piezoelectric properties of Poly (vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) [P(VDF-TrFE)] copolymer nanofibers, loaded with Aluminum Nitride (AlN) and Zinc Oxide (ZnO), were investigated. These nanofibers were fabricated through an electrospinning process. It was observed that the incorporation of 1.5 wt% ZnO filler and the use of a high-speed electrospinning technique significantly enhanced the piezoelectric response of the P(VDF-TrFE)/AlN/ ZnO nanofibers. The resulting piezoelectric nanogenerator (PENG) achieved an optimal open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 23 V and a short-circuit current (Isc) of 65 nA, which are comparable to or exceed those reported for similar devices. Building on this, a prototype gesture recognition sensor utilizing the P(VDF-TrFE)/AlN/ZnO PENG was developed. Experimental results indicate that this sensor can effectively monitor human movements and behaviors by recognizing signal features from various finger postures, showing great promise for applications in smart health monitoring systems.
