摘要:针对加氢裂化装置进料换热器结垢比较突出的情况,在对结垢机理进行研究的基础上,开发了防垢剂SFH-1和SFH-B。在375℃和390℃下实验室评价的防垢率,前者分别为89.4%和68.1%,后者为92.7%和70.4%。工业应用表明,当SFH-B加入量在100μg/g时,原料换热器出口温度可维持开工初期水平,防垢剂的防垢效果良好,且对加氢催化剂无不良影响。
Aiming at the fouling happened in the feed heat exchanger of hydrocracking unit, antifoulants SFH 1 and SFH B were developed on the basis of the fouling mechanism. The laboratory evaluation showed that the antifouling rates of the former under 375 ℃ and 390 ℃ were 89.4% and 68,1% respectively, and the latter were 92.7% and 70.4% respectively. The test result of the commercial unit showed that the SFH B antifoulant has good effect at an addition rate of 100 μg/g, the outlet temperature of the feed heat exchanger can maintain close to that of start up stage, and no side effect on the hydrotrea ting catalyst.
