摘要:泵轴的高速旋转对填料产生的不平衡振动和剧烈摩擦,使填料与动轴之间产生偏心间隙并加剧了填料的磨损,形成了密封流体的间隙泄漏,导致密封失效。本文针对泵轴转速n、流体介质压力P对填料动密封性能及变化特征的影响,选取4种编织填料产品在填料动密封实验台上进行了动密封性能试验研究。
The high-speed rotation of pump shaft caused unbalance vibration and fierce friction, which exacerbated the wear of the packing, and resulted in seal failure. The effect of the pump shaft speed n and the fluid medium pressure p on packing has been verified by the dynamical sealing experiment of four braided packing products.
