摘要:采用聚四氢呋喃二醇、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、1,4-丁二醇和2,2-二羟甲基丙酸为原料合成了一系列不同羧基含量的聚氨酯(PU),然后采用乙酸锌对羧酸型PU进行中和,制备了羧酸型PU离聚体;利用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热法仪(DSC)、拉伸测试机和原子力显微镜(AFM)等研究了金属离子引入对PU离聚体的相分离程度、形态结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:金属离子的引入使得PU离聚体中氢键作用增强,PU中软硬段间微相分离程度提高,拉伸强度显著提高;材料呈现椭圆形微相结构,证实了PU离聚体中离子基团聚集作用的存在。
The polyurethane(PU)with different carboxyl contents was prepared using polytetrahydrofuran glycol,4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate,1,4-butanediol and 2,2-dimenthylol propionic acid(DMPA)as raw materials,and the carboxylate PU ionomer was synthesized through neutralization of zinc acetate and PU with carboxyl group.The effects of metal ions on the structure and mechanical properties of PU ionomers were investigated by FT-IR,DSC,AFM and tensile test.The results show that the hydrogen bonding in PU ionomer increased when the metal ion was introduced into the PU.The tensile strength and the degree of microphase separation between soft segment and hard segment in the PU were also enhanced.The oval shaped microphase revealed the existence of ion clusters interaction in the PU ionomer.
