摘要：NOVELTY - 8-phenyl-2-(phenylamino)pteridin-7(8H)-one compound (I) and their salts are new. USE - (I) are useful in preparing medicine for treating or preventing fetal liver tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) mediated disease including cancer and immune disease; and inhibiting fetal liver tyrosine kinase 3, where cancer includes acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, chronic neutrophilic leukemia, acute undifferentiated leukemia, degenerative developmental large cell lymphoma, young lymphocytic leukemia, juvenile granulocytic leukemia, adult T cells ALL, acute myeloid leukemia combined with three lines of spinal cord dysplasia, mixed lineage leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, myeloproliferative disorders and/or multiple myeloma; and immune disease includes arthritis, lupus, inflammatory bowel disease, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, Still's disease, adolescent arthritis, diabetes mellitus, myasthenia gravis, hashimoto's thyroiditis, thyroiditis, graves disease, rheumatoid arthritis syndrome, multiple sclerosis, infectious neuronitis, acute transmissible encephalomyelitis, Addison's disease, aplastic anemia, autoimmune hepatitis, optic neuritis, psoriasis, graft versus host disease, transplantation, transfusion hypersensitivity, allergic, type I hypersensitivity, allergic conjunctivitis, allergic rhinitis and/or atopic dermatitis (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 8-phenyl-2-(phenylamino)pteridin-7(8H)-one compound of formula (I) and their salts are new. R1 = H, halo, 1-6C alkoxy, optionally substituted 1-6C alkyl, aryl or aralkyl; R2 = H, halo, hydroxy, amino, 1-2C diamino, amino-substituted 1-6C alkyl, CN, sulfonic acid group, sulfonylamino group, carbamoyl group, carboxy group, optionally substituted with alkoxycarbonyl, phenyl, piperazinyl, N-alkyl piperazinyl, morpholinyl, piperidine, pyrrolyl, pyrrolidinyl group, -NRaRb or pyridyl group; R3 = H, halo, 1-6C alkoxy, optionally substituted acyloxy group, amino group, 1-6C alkyl, CN, sulfonic acid, sulfonylamino, carbamoyl, carboxy, alkoxycarbonyl, phenyl, piperazinyl, N-alkyl piperazinyl, morpholinyl, piperidine, pyrrolyl, pyrrolidinyl group, -NRaRb or pyridyl group; R5, R6, R7 = H, halo, 1-6C alkoxy, hydroxy, optionally substituted with acyloxy, amino, acylamino, 1-6C alkyl, CN, sulfonic acid, sulfonylamino, carbamoyl, N-alkyl piperidinyloxy, carboxy, alkoxycarbonyl, phenyl, N-alkyl piperazinyl, morpholinyl, piperidinyl, pyrrolyl, pyrrolidinyl, -NRaRb or pyridyl group; and Ra and Rb = alkyl or alkenyl.
