摘要：妇科三大恶性肿瘤宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌和卵巢癌严重危害女性健康。近年来,随着患病人群的扩大化和年轻化,以及长期以来面临的治疗手段较为单一、现有药物治疗易产生耐药性和治疗效果不佳等难题,寻找新的药物及药物作用靶标越来越为人们所重视。目前已有多项研究表明,类固醇受体共激活因子(steroid receptor coactivator,SRC)家族与妇科肿瘤的发生发展关系密切,SRC家族成员在妇科恶性肿瘤细胞中多表达异常。本文通过对SRC家族成员在妇科肿瘤发生发展过程中的表达水平和生物功能进行归纳总结,为妇科肿瘤药物研究提供新的研究思路和方向。
The three major malignant tumors of gynecology,cervical cancer,endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer seriously endanger women’s health.In recent years,with the expansion and younger population of the diseased population,as well as the long-term problems faced as relatively single treatment methods,drug resistance and poor treatment effect of existing drug treatments,the search for new drugs and drug targets has become more and more important.A number of studies have shown that the steroid receptor coactivator(SRC)family is closely related to the occurrence and development of gynecologic tumors,and SRC family members are abnormally expressed in gynecologic malignant tumor cells.This paper summarizes the expression levels and biological functions of SRC family members in the process of gynecological tumor occurrence and development,so as to provide new research ideas and directions for the research of gynecological tumor drugs.
