摘要：中国共产党在新民主主义革命时期已经孕育了生态环境保护的思想基因。党在中央苏区农业生产实践中总结出“山-林-水-田”是相互影响的共同体的理念,提出水利是农业生产的命脉、森林培育是农业的基本要素的论断,带领根据地军民兴修水利、广植树木。陕甘宁边区时期,中国共产党深化了对森林生态效益的认识,提出森林是农业生产的基础,并形成了对人与自然关系的科学认知,认为人类改造自然只能遵循必然的规律。党的早期生态环境保护思想基因对其在新中国成立后制定经济、环境政策产生了重要影响。
The Communist Party of China has nurtured the ideological gene of ecological environmental protection during the period of the new democratic revolution.In the practice of agricultural production in the Central Soviet Area,the Party has developed the idea that"mountain-forest-water-field"is a community of mutual influence,and put forward the important conclusion that water conservancy is the lifeblood of agricultural production and the cultivation of forests is an important part of agriculture and led the army and the people in the base areas to build water conservancy and plant trees.During the period of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region,the Communist Party of China has deepened its understanding of the ecological benefits of forests,proposed that forests are the basis of agricultural production,and formed a scientific understanding of the relationship between man and nature,arguing that human transformation of nature can only follow certain laws.The ideological gene of the Party's early ecological environment protection has an important influence on the Party's economic and environmental policies after the founding of new China.
