摘要：山梨醇经脱水得到异山梨醇,用硅胶-活性炭过滤后,再经硝化、氢氧化钠成盐反应及中和反应等制得5-单硝酸异山梨醇酯,总收率约16%,纯度不低于99%。
Isosorbide 5-mononitrate was synthesized from sorbitol by dehydration to give isosorbide,which was purified by silicon-activated carbon filtration,and then underwent nitration,treatment with sodium hydroxide and neutralization with an overall yield of about 16%and purity of above 99%.
