摘要：NOVELTY - The method involves establishing data communication between real-time database and distillation unit to obtain operating data. The difference between square value of actual production flow and minimum actual is determined as optimization target. The key product yield is analyzed at different operating conditions to establish product yield analysis database to reflect actual working conditions of neural network module. The crude oil distillation unit yield is forecasted in real time using analyzed data based on nature of crude oil and crude oil distillation tower operating condition. USE - Method for forecasting yield of crude oil distillation unit. ADVANTAGE - The crude distillation unit yield data is quickly and easily updated in real time, so that the accuracy of planning models such as optimization PIMS model is improved.
