摘要:通过水热法制备磁核,酚醛树脂提供碳源,引入硅源作为硬模板,制备得到磁性复合碳球;采用扫描电子显微镜、比表面积及孔隙度分析仪和振动样品磁强计对材料性能进行表征。将所得磁微碳球用于对水溶液中结晶紫染料进行吸附,考察了吸附时间、温度、染料初始浓度对吸附过程的影响,并通过吸附动力学、吸附等温线、吸附热力学对吸附过程机理进行研究分析。结果表明:该材料粒径介于1.5~2μm;具备较为优异的比表面积(526m2/g)和孔容(0.832cm3/g);具有超顺磁性,在外加磁场的作用下可以实现与染料废水的快速分离;吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学模型,吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,为单分子层吸附;热力学分析表明,该吸附为自发的吸热过程。磁微碳球作为吸附剂可有效地去除染料废水中的结晶紫,解决了吸附剂回收困难的问题,为染料废水治理提供了新的技术方法。
Starting from magnetic cores prepared by hydrothermal method,magnetic composite carbon spheres were prepared with phenolic resin as carbon source and silicon source being introduced as hard template.The material properties were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,specific surface area and porosity analyzer as well as vibrating sample magnetometer.The obtained magnetic carbon microspheres were used to adsorb crystal violet dye from aqueous solutions.The effects of adsorption time,temperature and initial concentration of the dye on the adsorption process were investigated,and the mechanism of the adsorption process was studied and analyzed by adsorption kinetics,adsorption isotherm and adsorption thermodynamics.The results showed that the particle size of the material ranged from 1.5 to 2μm,with a relatively excellent specific surface area(526m2/g)and pore volume(0.832cm3/g).It had superparamagnetic properties,and rapid solid-liquid separation of the composite magnetic microspheres from aqueous solutions could be achieved under the action of an external magnetic field.The adsorption kinetics conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model,indicating the existence of chemical adsorption;the adsorption isotherms conformed to the Langmuir isotherm model,indicating monolayer adsorption.It had been demonstrated by thermodynamic analysis that the adsorption of crystal violet onto the magnetic microspheric adsorbent was a spontaneous endothermic process.Magnetic microspheres as adsorbents can effectively remove crystal violet in dye wastewater,solve the problem of difficult recovery of adsorbents from solution,and provide new methods for dye wastewater treatment.
