摘要:NOVELTY - A collagen polypeptide chelated calcium preparing method involves mixing gelatin with water. Composite protease is added to the solution. Flavoring protease is added in enzyme killed solution. Enzymolysis is performed for 1-4 hours for killing the enzyme. Collagen polypeptide liquid is obtained. Soluble ion calcium is added in collagen polypeptide liquid. Chelation reaction is performed for depositing suspension by anhydrous ethanol. Precipitate is washed by the ethanol for removing free calcium. The precipitate is frozen and dried to obtain calcium powder. USE - Method for preparing collagen polypeptide chelated calcium. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing chelated calcium with better water solubility and better calcium supplement product, and supplying body required calcium element and hydroxyproline to accelerate calcium absorption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A collagen polypeptide chelated calcium preparing method involves mixing gelatin with water according to weight ratio of 1:8-12. Composite protease is added to the solution at 40-60 degrees C under 5-7 pH value, where weight of the protease is 0.5-2%. Enzymolysis is performed for 1-6 hours to kill enzyme. Flavoring protease is added in enzyme killed solution at 40-60 degrees C under 5-7 pH value. The enzymolysis is performed for 1-4 hours for killing the enzyme. Collagen polypeptide liquid is obtained, where ratio of the flavoring protease to the gelatin is 5-20LAPU/g. Soluble ion calcium is added in collagen polypeptide liquid at 10-50 degrees C. Chelation reaction is performed for 10-50 minutes for depositing suspension by anhydrous ethanol. Precipitate is washed by the anhydrous ethanol for removing free calcium. The Precipitate is frozen and dried to obtain collagen polypeptide chelated calcium powder.
