摘要：NOVELTY - The device has a steady pressure boiler connected with a steam-water separator. An energy-storing container is connected with a test container through a pipeline. A steam output header pipeline is connected with a bottom end of the steam-water separator. A power accumulator is equipped with a bottom valve. The test container is connected with a condensation water storage tank and a pneumatic regulating valve. A top end of the test container is equipped with a pressure measuring device and a temperature measuring device. The condensing water storage tank is connected with a PLC control system. USE - Valve steam displacement testing device. ADVANTAGE - The device is inexpensive, provides safety valve test, ensures steam accumulator pressure demand quantity and steady state of an operation system and improves stable discharging efficiency of a steam safety valve, safety valve displacement testing efficiency and steam displacement quality. The device maintains enough of pressure during test process so as to reduce volume and regulating load of boiler to change exit steam. The device has strong elasticity and high testing precision.
