摘要：由于网络教育教师兼职的特点,高校网院一直以来对教师考核评价问题不是很重视。通过借鉴现代企业人力资源管理的做法进一步完善网络教育教师考核评价体系,通过对KPI指标的内涵与优势分析,提出基于KPI指标的高校网络教育教师考核评价体系构建的思路。
Because of the part-time characteristics of distance education teachers, the college of distance education did not pay much attention on the teachers＇ evaluation. In this paper, by using the modern enterprise human resources management approach, the teacher evaluation system is further improved. Through the analysis of the connotation and advantages of KPI index, this paper puts for- ward some suggestions on constructing the basic KPI index in the distance education evaluation system.
