摘要:NOVELTY - Propylene dimerization method comprises taking methylaluminoxane (MAO) or modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO) as cocatalyst, carrying out dimerization reaction using propylene ethylene-bridged substituted two indene titanium group metal complex catalyst i.e. 1,2-bis(3-benzyl-2,3,3a,7a-tetrahydro-1H-inden-1-yl)ethane compound with 2,2-dichloropropane metal complex (I), where (I) is meso-substituted ethylene-bridged substituted indene titanium metal complex catalyst or racemic (rac-) of ethylene bridged substituted with indene titanium metal complex catalyst. USE - The method is useful for preparing propylene using dimerization reaction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high catalytic activity, high selectivity and reduces industrial cost, and can satisfies requirement of industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Propylene dimerization method comprises taking methylaluminoxane (MAO) or modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO) as cocatalyst, carrying out dimerization reaction using propylene ethylene-bridged substituted two indene titanium group metal complex catalyst i.e. 1,2-bis(3-benzyl-2,3,3a,7a-tetrahydro-1H-inden-1-yl)ethane compound with 2,2-dichloropropane metal complex of formula (I), where (I) is meso-substituted ethylene-bridged substituted indene titanium metal complex catalyst or racemic (rac-) of ethylene bridged substituted with indene titanium metal complex catalyst. M = Zr or Hf; R1 = H, methyl or 5-7C membered ring; and R2-R6 = H or 1-6C alkyl groups.
