摘要:首次提出了相对润湿度(RWD)概念,将润湿接触角的余弦值之比作为液体对粉体润湿程度的表征参数,为解决比较不同液体对同一粉体的润湿能力的难题提供了理论依据。以乙醇水溶液和微晶纤维素为试验材料,采用透过速度法测定了相对润湿度,被用于挤出-滚圆法造粒过程物料配方的优化,使其概念的实用性得到很好的验证。
The conception of relative wetting degree(RWD)was proposed for the first time,which is ratio of a cosine of wetting contact angle of a liquid and a powder to the one of another liquid and the same powder as a parameter of wetting degree.A theoretical basis was offered to compare the wettability of a powder and different liquids.The practicability of RWD was confirmed in preparation of pellets by extrusion -spheronization,in which the RWD of ethanol solution in different levels and microcrystalline cellulose were obtained by permeating speed measurement.
