摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves mixing 90-95 weight percent of water into acid-soluble oil containing impurity e.g. alkali, at 60-110 centigrade, and dissolving the alkali in the water. The obtained mixture is degraded for 60-90 minutes, and the acid-soluble oil is recovered after degradation. Alkaline water is removed, and the acid-soluble oil obtained by hydro-cyclone separation is recovered, where hydro-cyclone separation is reacted in a cyclone separator (4) with single cyclone core tube or combination of multiple cyclone core tubes. USE - Method for removing impurity such as alkali and alkali metal ion (all claimed), in acid-soluble oil. ADVANTAGE - The method removes the alkali in acid-soluble oil with alkaline impurity in a stable manner, and improves efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a device for removing alkali in acid-soluble oil.
