摘要：根据中国软件外包业务的发展现状,发展对日软件外包带动中国软件产业发展,应对软件企业通过兼并重组和构建策略联盟突破规模瓶颈、人才瓶颈和知识产权障碍,以吸引更多的国际型软件人才,同时加强知识产权保护,提高企业自主创新能力,提高中国软件产业的国际竞争力。
According to the situation of China＇s software outsourcing, we should develop the Japan＇s software outsourcing to drive China＇s software industry, through annexation and constructing strategy affiance to breakthrough the scale and human resource bottleneck and the knowledge right obstacle, absorb more international software talents, strengthen the protection of knowledge right, improve the self-innovation ability and the internation competition of China＇s software industry.
