摘要：NOVELTY - Heath care food comprises (in parts by wt.) gamma -aminobutyric acid (12.5-25), vitamin C and taurine (6-10) in a weight ratio of 2:1, malt extract (20-35), dietary fiber and xylo-oligosaccharide (20-30) in a weight ratio of 3:1, nano calcium (1-5) and maltodextrin (14.5-24). USE - The heath care food is useful for relieving physical and mental stress, promoting sleep, relaxing mind, improving sleeping quality, improving depression and improving memory. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the heath care food, comprising crushing and screening gamma -aminobutyric acid, vitamin C and taurine, malt extract, dietary fiber and xylo-oligosaccharide, nano calcium, maltodextrin, erythritol and acesulfame, then mixing them in equal increments according to weight difference of components, and packing the mixed materials by using automatic sterile packing device.
