摘要：专用设备因其需求量有限、供应渠道狭窄,在目前的供应商管理模式下采购企业很难可靠地获得高性价比的设备,更加难以激励供应商改进技术,降低成本。目前一种基于技术扩散的专用设备供应商管理模式,是利用辅助开发小组作为采购企业与供应商之间的技术接口,通过拓展供应渠道,向各供应商传递市场压力,激励供应商改进设计、制造水平,降低成本,提高服务质量,进而建立稳定、平衡的合作伙伴关系。
Buyers often find hard to purchase satisfactory special equipment which has only limited demand and narrow supply channel. Typically, suppliers have no enthusiasm of technological innovation and cost reduction. It is proposed to leverage technological deffusion to better manage suppliers. With assistant engineers acting as an interface between buyers and suppliers, more potential suppliers will be attracted to this profitable market. Thus a competitive market is established and supplers are stimulated greatly.
