摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing biological flocculating agent, comprises e.g. preparing first type 9K culture medium and second type 9K culture medium, where the first type 9K culture medium preparing process by weighing 44.78 g heptahydrate ferrous sulfate, 3.0 g ammonium sulfate, 0.1 g potassium chloride, 0.5 g dipotassium phosphate, 0.5 g magnesium sulfate, 0.01 g calcium nitrate, dissolving in 1 l distilled water, stirring to form the first type 9K culture medium. USE - The biological flocculating agent is useful for sand washing waste water treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flocculating agent has no toxicity, high efficiency, no secondary pollution, and can be naturally degraded, removes the organic and metal ions in the waste water, and has good effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing biological flocculating agent, comprises (i) preparing first type 9K culture medium and second type 9K culture medium, where the first type 9K culture medium preparing process by weighing 44.78 g heptahydrate ferrous sulfate, 3.0 g ammonium sulfate, 0.1 g potassium chloride, 0.5 g dipotassium phosphate, 0.5 g magnesium sulfate, 0.01 g calcium nitrate, dissolving in 1 l distilled water, stirring to form the first type 9K culture medium, the second type 9K culture medium preparation process by weighing 222.39 g heptahydrate ferrous sulfate, 0.5 g ammonium sulfate, 0.1 g potassium chloride, 0.5 g dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 0.5 g magnesium sulfate, dissolving in 1 l distilled water, stirring to form second type 9K culture medium, (ii) separating and enriching the Thiobacillus ferrooxidans, the original bacteria solution of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans 10 ml is added to 100 ml of first type 9K culture medium and adjusting the pH value to 2.0, culturing on the shaking table at 30 degrees C at 100 rotations/minutes of air, switching to the first type 9K fresh culture medium, repeating the operation for many times to obtain high enrichment degree of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans, (iii) preparing biological strong oxidant by adding Thiobacillus ferrooxidans, obtained in step (ii) to first type 9K culture medium and adjusted pH to 1.5, when liquid color changes from grass green to yellow, transferring into fresh first type 9K culture medium with the pH adjusted to 1.5, repeating the operation many times, obtaining biological strong oxidant, (iv) preparing biological strong oxidant by taking 5-15 ml of high- biological flocculating agent in step (iii), adding into 100 ml second type 9K culture medium, and adjusting pH value to be 1-2, culturing on the air shaking table in 30-40 degrees C at 50-150 rotations/minutes, after the liquid color changes from grass green to yellow, transferring to fresh second type 9K culture medium, repeating the operation for many times to obtain high-efficiency biological flocculating agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for sand washing waste water treatment, comprising using sand washing water quantity ratio is 1:50, adding biological flocculating agent into the waste water, stirring at 120 rotations/minutes for 30 seconds, and second time stirring at 50 rotations/minutes for 20 minutes, allowing to stand and precipitating for 20 minutes to obtain the processed supernatant.
