摘要：通过分析现有特许权期决策方法,以老挝某水电站BOT项目特许权期的决策过程为例进行理论分析,优化了特许权期决策模型,希望为BOT项目中政府和企业的决策提供理论参考的依据。
By analyzing current decision models for concession period, and taking a hydropower BOT project in Laos as example to carry out theoretical analysis on the decision process of concession period, the decision model of concession period is optimized. It is expected that the study can provide some insights for the decision-making by governments and enterprises in BOT projects.
