摘要:为提高无感无刷直流电机控制的稳定性和准确性,提高电机的工作效率,提出了一种基于三路半桥驱动的直接换向的驱动方案。使用高性能半桥驱动芯片设计驱动电路,极大的简化了电路,并且提高了可靠性;通过构建电机端电压的数学模型,论证上下互补的PWM波驱动方式能够保证电机中点电位稳定,设计基于低通滤波器的换向检测电路,使得电调能够判断端电压的差值直接换向。通过实验验证了上述方案的可行性。
In order to control brushless DC motor steadily and accurately,improve the working efficiency of motor,this paper presented a direct commutation scheme basing on three half bridge drive circuit. Design of the driving circuit use high performance drive chip,which can maximal simplify the circuit and improve its reliability; by constructing the mathematical model of motor terminal voltage,demonstrated the driving method of complementary PWM wave can guarantee the stability of the middle point potential of the motor,and design of the commutation detection circuit based on low-pass filter which can directly commutation by difference of terminal voltage. The feasibility of the scheme was verified by experiments.
