摘要:在钨化物的催化作用下,双氧水是极为理想的环境友好氧化剂。对含钨催化剂在双氧水-环氧化体系中的研究发展与催化性能进行了综述。根据在反应体系中的不同存在形态和催化过程,把非均相化含钨催化剂分为液-液两相催化剂和固载化催化剂两大类。两类催化剂都试图解决催化剂回收难、重复利用率低等工业上面临的难题。归纳了两类催化剂的研究现状、催化机理和催化效果,并在此基础上对催化剂的应用前景进行了展望。
Aqueous H2O2 is an environmentally ideal oxidant,when coupled with a tungstate complex.The progress in research and catalytic property of tungsten-based catalyst used in the hydrogen peroxide-epoxidation system is reviewed.According to the different patterns and catalytic processes,the heterogeneous catalysts are classified into two types,namely liquid-liquid biphasic catalyst and immobilized catalyst.Both are being tried to resolve the problem that the catalysts are hard to be recycled in industry and the rate of their reuse is low.On this basis the research status,catalytic machanism and catalytic property of each type of catalyst are summarized,and their application is also prospected.
