摘要:以1-丁基3-甲基咪唑氯盐([BMIM]Cl)离子液体为溶剂,研究了高聚合度的针叶木浆(DP=1460)在[BMIM]Cl溶剂体系中的活化能,考察了溶解温度、浆粕浓度和介孔硅添加量对纤维素/[BMIM]Cl体系表观黏度的影响。研究表明:纤维素/[BMIM]Cl体系黏流活化能?E=50.8 kJ/mol,针叶浆粕含量对体系表观黏度影响显著,当纤维素溶解温度为363.0~368.0 K时制备的纤维素膜有较好的力学性能;纤维素/[BMIM]Cl体系表观黏度随着SBA-15介孔硅含量增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势,当介孔添加量为1.5%时,体系的表观黏度达最大值。
The activation energy of softwood pulp with a higher degree of polymerization(DP=1460)in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(Cl)solvent was studied,and the effects of such factors as temperature,cellulose concentration,additives of mesoporous silica on the apparent viscosity were discussed.The investigations suggested that the activation energy of cellulose/ Cl system was 50.8 kJ/mol,and the concentration of cellulose had an obvious effect on the apparent viscosity of cellulose/ Cl system.The cellulose-based films prepared at 363.0—368.0 K had better mechanical properties.The addition of mesoporous silica SBA-15 increased the viscosity of cellulose/ Cl system,with a maximum at the addition of 1.5% SBA-15.
