摘要:综述了近年来国内外聚丙烯/玻璃纤维(PP/GF)复合材料的研究进展,重点分析了加工工艺、GF含量、GF长度及材料界面结合性对PP/GF复合材料力学性能的影响。通过优化加工工艺、确定GF最佳添加量、提高GF残留长度并改善PP与GF间的相容性可有效提高PP/GF复合材料的力学性能。最后,对PP/GF复合材料的应用前景及发展方向进行了展望。
The research progress of polypropylene/glass fiber(PP/GF)composites at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed.The effects of processing technology,GF content,GF length and interfacial bonding on the mechanical properties of PP/GF composites were emphatically analyzed.The comprehensive properties of PP/GF composites can be effectively improved by op-timizing the processing parameters,determining the optimum content of GF,increasing the residual length of GF and improving the compatibility between PP and GF.In the end,the application and development direction of PP/GF composites were prospected.
