摘要：社会通常视知识员工为体面劳动者。以国际劳工组织的综合性体面劳动概念为标准,他们是否体面尚不可知。了解并改善知识员工体面劳动状况对我国实现经济发展方式转变,构建和谐劳资关系具有重要意义,但目前还没有合适的测量工具。本文通过定性分析和定量检测,明确了知识员工体面劳动结构维度,并开发了相应测量量表。研究结果表明,知识员工体面劳动由劳动保障、收入保障、工作保障、技能保障和代表权保障5个维度构成,量表包含23个测项,具有良好的信效度。本研究有助于推进知识员工体面劳动研究与实践。
Generally,knowledge workers are decent workers. But it is not very sure according to the comprehensive concept of decent work proposed by International Labor Organization. Understanding and improving the level of decent work for knowledge workers is significant for our country to construct harmonious labor relations and transform the economic development pattern. However,no proper measuring tools exists now. Through qualitative analysis and quantitative tests,this paper finds the contents of decent work for knowledge workers and develops its scale. The scale is consisting of 5 dimensions： they are work security,income security,job security,skill security and representation security,and 23 items. It is of good reliability and validity. This study can promote the development of study and practice of decent work for knowledge workers.
