摘要: 研究了无机纳米粒子/丁苯胶乳的复合技术。用脂肪酸对纳米粒子进行了表面改性,使之均匀分散在丁苯胶乳中。用红外、吸油性、润湿试验等方法对改性纳米微粒进行了表征。纸张涂布和老化试验证明,纳米碳酸钙和纳米氧化锌具有优良的隔热效果,纳米氧化锌还有很好的防紫外老化功能。对以纳米TiO2为核,包覆苯丙共聚物的乳液聚合也作了初步研究。
The composite technique of nanomaterial /polymer latex was discussed in this paper. After the surface of nano particles was treated with fatty acids, the nano particles could be dispersed in polybutadienestyrene latex stable. The properties of the surface modified nano particles were characterized by IR spectrum, oil absorption ability and wetbility measurement. The anti aging abilities of the paper coated with the nano particle modified latex were improved. It was proved that nano CaCO3 and ZnO could modify the anti heat aging ability of the paper and nano ZnO also could improved the anti ultraviolet aging properties of the paper. The emulsion polymerization used nano particles as cores were also studied, The styreneacrylate latex which used the nanoTiO2 as cores was successfully synthesized. 
