摘要:采用Fenton试剂氧化与生化耦合技术处理某化纤企业的RO浓水,考察了各因素对Fenton氧化过程的影响,并用SBR法对Fenton氧化出水做进一步的生化处理。结果表明,用Fenton试剂氧化RO浓水的适宜条件为:pH=3.5、n(H_2O_2)∶n(Fe^(2+))=5∶1、H_2O_2(30%)用量1 mL/L、反应时间120~180 min,耦合处理后,RO浓水COD由180 mg/L降到50 mg/L以下,达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。
The Fenton reagent oxidation and biochemical coupling technology has been used for treating the ROconcentrate of a chemical fiber company. The influences of various factors on Fenton oxidation process areinvestigated,and the sequencing batch reactor(SBR)method is applied to further biochemical treatment of theFenton oxidation effluent. The results show that the optimal conditions for RO concentrate oxidation by Fentonreagent are as follows: initial pH=3.5,n(H2O2)∶n(Fe^2+)= 5∶1,H2O2(30%)dosage=1 mL/L and reaction time 120-180 min. After the coupling treatment,the RO concentrate COD deceases from 180 mg/L to below 50 mg/L,reaching the Level 1A standard specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal WastewaterTreatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).
