摘要:In recent years, the escalating threats of urban public crises and natural disasters have significantly increased the risks associated with urban development. The strategic utilization of limited urban land and the meticulous planning of disaster-resistant infrastructure to achieve a "dual-use for emergency" approach are imperative for enhancing a city's resilience against natural disasters and other risks. This presents a crucial challenge in the fields of urban planning and urban renewal. China's research on disaster-resistant green spaces in urban planning has started relatively late and progressed at a measured pace. This study focuses on the Xuhui District of Shanghai, aiming to optimize the site selection for disaster-resistant green spaces as its research objective. Guided by principles of equity and accessibility, we propose optimization recommendations for the disaster-resistant green space network system in Xuhui District. Additionally, we present three distinct strategies for optimizing the design of disaster-resistant green spaces. This research endeavors to provide data support and references for urban renewal and planning decisions in the context of urban renewal within the backdrop of a digitalized and visualized information framework in the era of mega-cities. ?
